PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS
In order to help us determine ways to improve our services and offer the best care possible for our patients, we conducted a Patient Satisfaction Survey through BSM Consulting in late 2006.
The same survey, consisting of 17 scaled questions and 3 yes/no questions, was also completed by patients of 169 similar practices across the nation, allowing us to compare our results to the national average.
Over 500 surveys were distributed to the patients of each of our providers. Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery scored above the national average on 94% of the scaled questions that related to our staff services and overall patient experience. Most importantly, 97% of the respondents indicated that they would recommend our practice to their friends.
