DERMATOLOGIST

We are currently seeking Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Dermatologists for the Austin area.

CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Applicant should be certified and have prior clinical dermatology experience. Applicant should demonstrate an understanding of anatomy and skin terminology, experience with assisting physician with procedures, suture removal, and familiarity or understanding of some cosmetic procedures. Applicant must be able to work 8am to 5pm. Must be able to multitask and work well in a group setting. Must have excellent references and prefer candidate with electronic medical records experience and/or ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.

PATIENT COORDINATOR

Applicant should have prior medical or cosmetic office experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Insurance, EOB, scheduling, and multi-phone line system experience and computer knowledge is preferred. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Our Clinical Research Center is currently seeking a full-time Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. Applicant must be currently certified or eligible for certification in 1 year and have prior clinical research experience in drug accountability, source documentation (paper and eCRF), query resolution, and adherence to Clinic Standard Operating Procedures.  Applicant is required to demonstrate proficient knowledge of:

  • Good Clinical Practice
  • Protection of Human Subjects
  • ICH
  • FDA regulations
  • ALCOA

Applicant must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm and must be able to multitask and work well in a group setting.  Job position is at our Westlake location.
