Online Sales Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased on westlakedermatology.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). Returned items must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. We cannot accept returns on makeup products.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain authorization for a refund, please email [email protected].

If returning merchandise, you must include all parts, pieces, and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Westlake Dermatology.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
