Laura Speck, MD

Laura Speck, MD received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at Texas A&M University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and was awarded a scholarship in Dermatology for outstanding research. After an internship in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, she received her Dermatology specialty training at New York Medical College in Manhattan.

Dr. Speck is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a member of American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Medical Association, and Travis County Medical Society.  She has published articles in several scientific journals and has been involved in multiple clinical research trials.

Dr. Speck’s passion is cosmetic dermatology.  She offers treatments with neurotoxins (Botox and Dysport), fillers, skin resurfacing lasers, PRP, and Coolsculpting.  She enjoys the artistic nature of injectables and strives to enhance one’s beauty in a natural, conservative way.

Dr. Speck sees patients at our Westlake Dermatology Downtown Austin location.
