The providers at Westlake Dermatology are specialists. As such, some HMO plans require a referral from your primary care physician prior to your appointment. Please check with your insurance company for your plan’s requirements.

Note Regarding Texas Health Exchange Plans:

Westlake Dermatology does not accept the following plans through the Texas Health Exchange:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO Advantage – BAV (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Ideal Care (Sendero)
• Ambetter (Superior)
• United Healthcare Compass EPO (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

Please note that effective May 21, 2014, we no longer accept Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care patients.
