DAVID WANG, MD

David Wang, MD is board certified in both Dermatopathology as well as Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. Dr. Wang completed medical school at the University of Texas, Southwestern, followed by a residency at the University of Colorado where he was Chief Resident for two years. He then completed a fellowship for soft tissue at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, followed by a fellowship for dermatopathology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Wang’s professional interests include soft tissue pathology, melanocytic neoplasms and inflammatory dermatoses. He has presented at a number of scholarly professional meetings. He is a member of the American Society of Dermatopathology, the International Society of Dermatopathology, and the American Society for Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Wang was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His interests include freshwater aquarium fish and lacrosse.
