Matthew LaCour, MD

We are excited to welcome Dr. Matthew LaCour to our Downtown Austin location in September 2023.

Matthew LaCour, MD graduated with honors in Microbiology with a minor in Spanish at Louisiana State University (LSU). He then attended The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston for medical school, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. LaCour completed his Dermatology Residency at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans.

Dr. LaCour has a passion for patient care and skin health, and he is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients of all ages and skin types. He is particularly interested in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, cutaneous infections, eczema, psoriasis, acne, and hair loss.

Dr. LaCour is skilled in performing skin cancer screenings and using various surgical techniques to remove skin cancer lesions. He also offers a range of cosmetic dermatology services, including neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, and other procedures.

Dr. LaCour is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), Texas Dermatological Society (TDS), Texas Medical Association (TMA), and American Medical Association (AMA).
